In May we're visiting Spain!
On this culinary journey we're exploring clams & chorizo and ham & pea croquettes, paired with txakolina. Txakolina is a slightly sparkling, very dry white wine with high acidity and low alcohol content produced in the Spanish provinces of the Basque country. Our dessert this month is a traditional Spanish confection—Turrón. Our pastry chefs will tickle your taste buds with two choices: Fig and Pecan Turrón and Chocolate Pistachio Turrón.

Crispin Cider is a super-premium natural hard apple cider that is classically refined, but not styled as a traditional “sweet beer” beer alternative.
