Join us on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Vermillion River for a whole hog cookout. Local musicians will set the mood while we cook the Berkshire-Blue Butt hog on our open asado rig for everyone to see. The dinner starts with a terrace reception, featuring beer provided by local Bayou Teche Brewers and whole hog hors d’oeuvres. A feast will follow including wines to perfectly compliment the porcine menu.
