Join the 2.5 million viewers who have discovered what is so delish about Donald Link. Since it's November launch, Donald Link's online video series “Taste of Place” has seen more than 2.5 million viewers, and an astounding 1.1 million viewers logged on as Chef Link prepared seared steak in his home kitchen.

This week, Chef Donald Link is Texas bound, once again. At Montesino Ranch in Wimberly, TX, Chef Donald Link invites to an old fashioned Texas cookout in the outdoors. On the menu: Roasted Twin County Dorper lamb + Montesino’s fesh vegetable As he goes out into the fields to harvest carrots, cabbage and baby bok choy for dinner, he gets to know the dedicated people running this organic farm. At Twin County Dorpers family farm in Harper, TX, Chef Link learns about free range lamb and sheep, and why Llamas should be part of every pastured herd.

A roasted leg of lamb, studded with garlic and rosemary, as well as a classic French vinaigrette star in this week’s Taste of Place at home.
