Thank you for participating in the 2009 New Orleans Wine & Food Experience!
We are thrilled to welcome you to New Orleans in just 11 short days! Here are some important bits of information you need to know-
- If you have not yet made your travel arrangements, click here for discounted hotel rates:

- Your local distributor has a list of all of the wines that you signed up to pour and they will deliver the wines to the events for you.
- We have asked for the following quantities of wine for each event:
- Vinola- 6 bottles
- Feastival- 6 12-bottle cases
- Royal St. Stroll- 3 cases of still or 4 cases of sparkling
- Grand Tasting- 1 12-bottle case of each wine poured
- Each Grand Tasting table that you purchased comes with 2 wristbands for the Royal St. Stroll, and 2 wristbands for each day of the Grand Tasting.
2009 Exhibitor Itinerary
Wednesday, May 20
Registration: 1-4pm, Hotel Monteleone, Meeting Room:
Wine Dinners: 7pm, Participants should be at their scheduled restaurants by 6:30pm.
Thursday, May 21
Registration: 1-3pm, Hotel Monteleone, Meeting Room: Registration packets will also be available after 4pm, at Will-Call, 300 Royal St.
Vinola Tasting & Live Auction: 2-5:30pm, Ritz-Carlton New Orleans
Participants should be at the Ritz by 1:15pm. You must purchase a ticket in advance, if you wish to attend this event.
Royal Street Stroll: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Participants should be at their scheduled shops by 4:45pm. Your shop assignment is on the front of your registration envelope. If you are attending the Stroll & not pouring, go to 400 Royal St., for your wine glass & fan.
FEASTiVAL: 7:30–10pm, Harrah’s Theatre
Participants should be at the Theatre by 6:45pm. You must purchase a ticket in advance, if you wish to attend this event.
Friday, May 22
Seminars: Various times & locations.
Participants, be at your seminar 45 minutes prior to start time.
Grand Tasting: 5-8pm Louisiana Superdome
Enter through Gate A -on the Poydras side- by 4:15pm. If you had not previously picked up your registration packet, it will be available at this time. Your table assignment is on the front of your registration envelope. No one will be allowed into the tasting area without a badge & wristband. No wine bottles will be allowed out of the Superdome until event break-down.
Saturday, May 23
Seminars: Various times & locations.
Participants, be at your seminar 45 minutes prior to start time.
TRADE TASTING: Noon-1pm
Grand Tasting: 1-4pm Louisiana Superdome
Enter through Gate A -on the Poydras side- by 11:15am (*Note the earlier time because regional wine buyers will be coming at Noon to meet you and taste your wines!) No one will be allowed into the tasting area without a badge & wristband. No wine bottles will be allowed out of the Superdome until event break-down.
*Please note that your badge is merely for identification, and does not grant entry to any of the events. Wristbands are required for entry.
Grand Tasting Shuttle Busses:
- Pick-Up Times: Friday 3:30pm-9pm, Saturday 10:30am-5pm
- Loops between the Superdome & these hotels:
- Royal Orleans, Monteleone, Harrah’s, W Hotel, Astor Crowne Plaza & Chateau Bourbon
